Description
AI tools are only as powerful as the knowledge they are built on. As AI continues to reshape how organizations make decisions and execute work, the quality, structure, and freshness of knowledge assets directly determine the value that AI tools can deliver. Organizations that treat the collection, organization, sharing, and application of knowledge as a company-wide strategic asset - rather than a support function - consistently see stronger returns on their AI investments. In this role, you will serve as JP 3P's Local Point of Contact on an AI-powered knowledge platform, bridging local business needs with the global product team. You will own the end-to-end configuration, governance, and maintenance of the platform across all job families - from SOPs and policies for sales teams, to troubleshooting guides for technical roles, campaign templates for Marketing, and metric playbooks for Program Managers.
What makes this role exceptional is the combination of scope and timing. You will design and build a Knowledge Governance Framework from scratch - a rare opportunity at this level. As JP's representative on a globally developed platform, you will have direct influence over the central product roadmap, with impact that extends well beyond the local market. And because this platform sits at the core of how GenAI tools consume context to support decision-making, you will be shaping the knowledge infrastructure that makes AI smarter across the entire organization.
Many organizations struggle with knowledge hoarding, undocumented expertise that walks out the door when people leave, and information scattered across emails, documents, and chat tools. This role exists to solve those problems - building the systems, culture, and incentives that turn individual knowledge into a shared organizational asset. If you want to build something from scratch, work at the forefront of GenAI adoption, and drive global impact from a local position, this role is for you.
Key job responsibilities
• \tDesign and implement a Knowledge Governance Framework from scratch, defining ownership models, content standards, review cadences, and escalation paths across all job families
• \tOwn end-to-end configuration and maintenance of the AI-powered platform, ensuring all content is accurately structured, tagged, and continuously refreshed
• \tBuild processes to surface and document tacit knowledge - experience, intuition, and judgment rarely written down - before it is lost
• \tConsolidate information scattered across emails, documents, and chat tools into a single, accessible source
• \tDrive a content refresh process with subject matter experts to identify gaps, validate accuracy, and uphold quality standards
• \tServe as JP 3P's primary liaison to the global product team, surfacing local requirements and influencing the central product roadmap
• \tBuild a stakeholder engagement model that embeds knowledge sharing into daily work, including incentive design
• \tDevelop and track metrics on knowledge health, coverage, and utilization; define and execute a maturity roadmap
• \tPresent data-driven updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and recommendations
