Join our international Product Management organization and help us shape the secondary market of Europe's leading ticketing platform. Our solutions are used across 25 countries in a fully device-agnostic way, enabling more than 300 million ticket purchases every year. In collaboration with other agile, cross-functional teams, you will develop a platform used daily by millions of fans. You will own our resale product solution end-to-end and help create a trusted, seamless experience for buyers and sellers.

Your Challenge:

• Act as a domain expert with end-to-end ownership for EVENTIM's resale experience - including offer creation and management for sellers, ticket discovery and purchase for buyers as well as the integration of primary and secondary ticketing into one seamless customer journey.
• Analyze customer problems and market opportunities across buyers, sellers, markets, webshop and mobile app, and translate them into value-driven roadmaps, user flows and testable hypotheses.
• Collaborate proactively with UX to create intuitive buyer and seller experiences, and with Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant and reliable solutions for resale.
• Guide development teams in an agile setup, providing product direction, prioritization and delivery support while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes such as resale share and resale conversion rate.
• Apply data-driven decision-making, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize outcomes, validate hypotheses, and measure product success.
• Ensure smooth go-to-market readiness and enable the organization to fully leverage the resale integration.

What you'll need:

• Several years of professional experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in digital product development, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace or ticketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate confidently with Engineering, UX, and international business stakeholders to develop user-centric and commercially impactful solutions.
• Excellent ability to understand customer problems, define solution options and specify requirements that are structured, testable, and easy for cross-functional teams to understand.
• Experienced in agile delivery environments and comfortable handling complex prioritization, iterative product work and stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex product or technical topics into clear, audience-appropriate narratives.
• Fluent in English.
