At MonetizeMore, we don't build features just to check boxes. We build solutions that safeguard the livelihood of publishers. Traffic Cop is our industry-leading invalid traffic (IVT) detection and prevention tool. It's not just a piece of software; it's the frontline defense against ad fraud. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who treats Traffic Cop like their own business, someone who understands that a polished feature is worthless if it doesn't directly impact our customers' revenue and our bottom line. We want a leader who:
- Focuses on Outcomes, Not Output: You care more about reducing IVT rates and increasing publisher yield than you do about the number of story points completed in a sprint.
- Master of the End-to-End: You take ownership from initial discovery and data analysis to GTM strategy and post-launch revenue tracking.
- Driven by Revenue Impact: You prioritize the roadmap based on ROI. You're comfortable saying "no" to a shiny new feature if it doesn't move the needle on our financial goals.
- Embraces the Grind: You're willing to go above and beyond whether that's jumping on a sales call to understand friction points or diving into raw data to find a hidden pattern in fraudulent traffic.
- Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for Traffic Cop, ensuring it remains the gold standard in ad fraud prevention.
- Discovery & Validation: Use continuous discovery to identify the most painful problems our publishers face and validate solutions before they ever hit the dev queue.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work seamlessly with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the product isn't just "built," but is successfully adopted and monetized.
- Revenue Growth: Identify new monetization opportunities within the Traffic Cop ecosystem and optimize existing funnels to maximize LTV.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Monitor product health metrics religiously. If the data shows a feature isn't delivering the expected outcome, you have the courage to pivot or kill it.
- The Product Pro: You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within an Outcome-Driven Product Operating Model.
- The Analytical Mind: You don't just look at dashboards; you ask the right questions to uncover the "why" behind the numbers.
- The Communicator: You can translate complex technical logic into clear value propositions for stakeholders and clients.
- The Owner: You have a "founder mindset." You don't see boundaries; you see opportunities to make the product better.
