What you will enjoy doing

• You are responsible for the strategic development and lifecycle management of our product portfolio in the field of cryogenic equipment
• With your analysis of market, customer, and competitor requirements you derive measures to optimize the product strategy and portfolio
• Working closely with sales, engineering, project execution, procurement, and production, you develop market-oriented and competitive solutions
• You actively contribute to product presentations and marketing materials and support the positioning of our products toward customers and internal stakeholders
• You manage product development and improvement projects, evaluate product ideas through cost-benefit analyses, and support market roll-outs

What makes you great

• You have several years of professional experience in product management, sales, project management, or engineering, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience with cryogenic equipment or complex technical products is an advantage
• A technical or engineering background enables you to assess complex topics from a business perspective
• You work in a structured, analytical, and self-driven manner and proactively advance your topics
• Very good English skills are required; knowledge of German is an advantage
