YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own strategic cross-team product initiatives within Pricing & Revenue Management, from problem definition and discovery through delivery and impact measurement
• You lead discovery with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate them into well-defined problem statements, hypotheses, and product concepts
• You develop and maintain a cross-team product roadmap, prioritizing based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
• You translate discovery into actionable product work by defining epics, features, and outcomes while ensuring clear responsibilities and interfaces between teams
• You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Team Leads, and partner divisions to align scope, priorities, and dependencies
• You track and measure business impact by defining KPIs and feeding learnings back into product decisions for continuous improvement

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have a proven track record owning product initiatives that span multiple teams or functions, including discovery, roadmap shaping, and coordinating delivery in an agile, digital environment
• Education You hold a university degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field or bring equivalent professional experience in Product Management
• Analytical mindset You are data- and KPI-driven, comfortable with experimentation approaches like A/B testing, and experienced in working with analysts or data scientists to validate hypotheses
• AI & Innovation You are enthusiastic about leveraging AI, automation, and modern tooling (e.g., vibe coding, LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate product development and decision-making
• Tools You have hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ideally data/BI tools such as dashboards or SQL for self-serve analyses
• Stakeholder management You communicate effectively in English with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders across an international, fast-paced environment; experience in pricing, revenue management, or e-commerce is a string plus
