The Senior Analyst, Influencer Marketing supports the planning, execution, and measurement of influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and business results. This role partners closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure influencer programs are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with broader marketing objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for digital and creator-driven marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from planning and briefing through launch and post-campaign analysis
- Manage day-to-day coordination with influencer agencies and internal partners, tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Review influencer content to ensure brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and platform best practices
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, traffic, conversions), contributing to reporting and optimization insights
- Identify risks or execution challenges and escalate proactively to support on-time, high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or content-driven campaigns
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data
- Clear, effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience supporting campaign execution, timelines, and deliverable tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with influencer marketing agencies or content creators
- Familiarity with influencer management, reporting, or project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to apply data insights to optimize marketing performance
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in evolving marketing environments
- Experience supporting omni-channel or digital-to-retail marketing initiatives
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
