Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Project Management team to partner with the Business.As an Associate in the team, you will be responsible for survey platforms, visualization, and experience analytics, with strong emphasis on Qualtrics and Tableau. You will own the optimization of survey programs, dashboards, and insights across the Employee Experience team. You will also leverage Python, SQL, and automation to enhance data pipelines, scale reporting, and streamline process.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage survey programs in Qualtrics (distribution, logic, languages, reporting)Ensure consistency and alignment across global survey campaigns. Support feedback ingestion, issue triaging, and insight generation from survey data. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into survey design and outputs.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards (data modeling, parameters, RLS, governance)Deliver scalable reporting solutions for global stakeholders. Build executive-ready views summarizing key trends, drivers, and experience gaps. Own dashboard performance, usability, and governance standards.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines using Python, Snowflake, and SQL Streamline reporting, survey ingestion, and transformation workflows. Enhance scalability and reliability of analytics processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Strong Qualtrics experience (survey design, distribution, reporting)
• Strong Tableau expertise (Data modeling, parameters, governance); dashboard/metrics
• Python experience (minimum 4 years) for data pipelines and automation.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Word; exposure to Agile + CI/CD
• Strong analytics + stakeholder communication; influence, ownership, detail-oriented
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience in Wealth Management or financial services
• Experience with Databricks preferred
• Statistical analysis (e.g., regression, driver analysis)
• Exposure to AI/ML or text analytics (NLP, LLM use cases)
• Familiarity with Jira
