Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop persuasive proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company offerings and strategic goals.
Track incoming opportunities, RFQs, RFPs, IDIQs, MATOCs, and related pursuit opportunities.
Maintain a current pursuit/proposal tracking system.
Review solicitation requirements and prepare proposal outlines, schedules, compliance matrices, and responsibility assignments.
Coordinate internal kickoff meetings for selected pursuits.
Manage proposal deadlines, assignments, reviews, production, and delivery.
Compile, write, edit, and format proposals, SOQs, SF330s, interview materials, and qualification packages.
Oversee content marketing initiatives by creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media channels, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with all LEI team members and clients.
Mentor, supervise, and lead the proposal and marketing team’s activities.

Qualifications
