Description
Job position Summary:As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) success of our ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of Business, Sales, Product, and Marketing, translating complex technological capabilities into high-impact business solutions. Your goal is to move prospects through the journey from awareness to adoption by building a credible, data-driven brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Marketing Plan Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of product launches, managing both Soft Launch (validation & calibration) and Grand Launch (market scaling) phases to ensure product-market fit and momentum.
- Customer Insights & ICP Development: Conduct deep-dive market research to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). You must understand the operational bottlenecks of business owners and translate these into actionable marketing triggers.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling narratives that humanize technical features (e.g., AI and automation). You will define the brand's "Voice of Tone" across all touchpoints, from high-level brand campaigns to direct-response broadcasts.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between the Business team (focused on ROI/Legacy), Marketing team (focused on marketing metrics) and the Creative teams (focused on execution), ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on SMART goals and campaign milestones.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Oversee the health of the marketing funnel. You are responsible for monitoring "Hygiene Metrics" (CTR, Landing Page Views, Conversion Rates) and implementing performance-based budget protocols to ensure ROI on budget spend.
- Strategic Content Ecosystem: Oversee content pillar strategy that establishes the brand as a thought leader. This includes collaborating on creating high-value contents, articles, webinars, and case studies that address core industry challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Experience : 3-4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Brand Strategy, ideally within the B2B SaaS, Logistics, or Fintech sectors.
- Strategic Frameworks: Familiarity with B2B marketing frameworks (Demand Gen, Demand Capture, and Pipeline management).
- Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of managing multi-phase product launches and scaling mid-to-large-scale digital campaigns.
- Analytical Proficiency: Experience in data-driven marketing, with the ability to analyze performance dashboards and pivot strategies based on real-time metrics
- Performance Marketing Logic: Understanding of digital advertising dynamics, including retargeting strategies and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) optimization.
- Experienced in Brand & Marketing strategy, planning & execution
