Description
Product Marketing Manager (Multiple Positions), Databricks, Inc., Mountain View, CA. Drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for training and certification offerings in all areas of Data & AI, including Generative AI. Own the development and execution of the cross-channel GTM strategy to drive training adoption. Work closely with sales and field marketing teams to build GTM programs, as well as with marketing teams to execute campaigns. Build and execute the GTM strategy to drive training adoption, especially through field sales and marketing. Create and execute sales programs to drive training in top customer accounts. Provide continued updates of field and customer content and collateral related to training. Collaborate with field marketing on all training efforts happening across various regions, driving consistency and impact. Build a strong rhythm of engagement for Databricks certified professionals to drive advocacy. Drive stronger outreach through programming on social, using both Databricks social channels and beyond. Build trust with employers and professionals by publishing new, recognizable references in this space. Telecommuting permitted. (DBxCA096).
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $168,500 -$200,400/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field, plus 48 months of experience in a technology product marketing.
Alternatively, will accept Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field plus 24 months of experience in a technology product marketing.
Of the required experience, must have 24 months in:
- Marketing programs for enterprise software or SaaS companies;
- Experience as a product marketing manager in an enterprise software company;
- Leveraging a portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales/partner enablement materials to funnel marketing in a Go-to-Market strategy;
- Cloud, data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies; and
- Presenting at conferences or seminars, and customer engagements.
