Workday, Inc. has an opening for Product Manager in Mason, OH. Job duties include: Responsible for evaluating and making recommendations on all aspects of our products throughout the entire product life cycle. Create and prioritize product roadmap for assigned product area to deliver value for the VNDLY business and its customers. Find opportunities to build industry-leading capabilities by using customer feedback, team knowledge, and expertise. Create customer first solutions to support corporate strategic direction. Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements for development teams by leveraging tools such as user stories, user storyboards, and user workflows. Work to define formal product documentation and user training. Strategically drive towards a Minimum Viable Product in an effort to increase the speed with which value is delivered to customers and shareholders. Communicate at various levels of the organization ranging from guiding the development team to representing the Product roadmap in Client or Senior Leadership discussions. Position may allow for partial telecommuting. Salary: $117,800 - $176,800 per year. 40 hours per week.
Workday pay ranges vary based on work location and recruiters can share more during the hiring process. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity.
