Description
Job descriptionWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and support strategic digital transformation initiatives within logistics operations. You will act as the key liaison between Japanese business stakeholders and international engineering teams to deliver scalable and user-centric web-based solutions.
You will contribute to the full product lifecycle, from product strategy and roadmap definition to continuous improvement and optimization, ensuring alignment between operational needs and business objectives.
Your missions
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
- Collaborate closely with logistics stakeholders to understand workflows, operational challenges, and user expectations
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements
- Work with English-speaking engineering and development teams to deliver scalable web-based solutions
- Ensure strong usability, adoption, and operational efficiency of digital products
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization to launch and optimization
- Drive user testing sessions, collect feedback, and implement data-driven product improvements
- Act as the communication bridge between Japanese stakeholders and global IT teams
- Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to support continuous optimization
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong understanding of web development concepts such as APIs, system design, and front-end/back-end fundamentals
- Experience working within logistics, supply chain, or operational systems environments
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of logistics platforms such as WMS, TMS, or inventory management systems is appreciated
- Experience with enterprise tools or operational platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
