Talent 360 is currently hiring a Product Manager on behalf of one of our clients. This is an opportunity for an experienced product professional to join a dynamic environment and contribute to building impactful digital products.

Role Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. The role requires strong ownership from discovery through execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on business and user needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders
• Translate business objectives into clear and actionable product specifications
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Align stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-related role
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product documentation
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

Work Conditions

• Full-time position
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Hybrid work model
