Description

• Define, drive, and lifecycle-manage ZEISS Collaborative Care within the ZEISS Medical Ecosystem.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into scalable digital solutions; collaborate with customers, Sectors, R&D, UX, and partners.
• Lead vision through development, launch, adoption, and optimization; ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ecosystem vision.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Owners/architects; drive delivery, adoption, and measurable value (KPIs).
• Lead product launches and market introduction; ensure interoperability with ZEISS platforms/partner solutions and support go-to-market activities.

• University degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
• At least 3-5 years in Product Management/Digital Health/MedTech; full lifecycle experience.
• Experience in international, cross-functional matrix organizations; proficient in agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of digital health solutions, healthcare workflows, software products, and platform ecosystems; customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and digital ecosystem strategies; excellent stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with KPI/business case experience and strong analytical/strategic thinking.
• Fluent business English; willingness to travel 25-30%.
