Join our Trust and Security team and help shape the future of product innovation. As a Product Manager, you will lead strategy, discovery, and delivery for products that protect customers and improve their experiences. You'll partner across design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to launch solutions that are scalable, resilient, and stable. We value customer-focused leaders who use data to drive decisions and deliver measurable value.As a Product Manager in Trust and Security, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customer and translating customer needs into profitable, high-impact products. You will define product strategy and vision, guide discovery and prioritization, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions. You will track product success through clear metrics and continuously improve the client experience through feedback and iteration.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers and the business
- Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer problems, validate opportunities, and inform the product roadmap
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing work to align to strategic outcomes and customer value
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support delivery
- Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver products that meet scalability, resiliency, and stability standards
- Drive product launch planning, including readiness, stakeholder alignment, feedback collection, and post-launch iteration
- Establish and track product success metrics, including cost, feature adoption, customer experience, risk posture, and reliability
- Communicate product direction and progress through clear updates and executive-level materials
- Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating issues and driving decisions to maintain delivery momentum
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting prioritization and execution against objectives
- Foster strong partnerships across stakeholders to improve execution, customer outcomes, and product quality
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or a closely related domain
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, product design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare executive-level communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience mentoring and developing others
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams
- Intellectual curiosity with the ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts
- High degree of initiative and ability to work effectively under pressure
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience managing a product team or leading multiple product workstreams
- Experience delivering Trust and Security products or related risk and control capabilities
- Experience working in regulated environments with strong governance expectations
- Experience using agile product management practices and tools
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Experience launching products at scale and managing post-launch performance
