What will you be doing?

• You will take end-to-end ownership of our guest journey, from the initial research stage to booking, stay experience, and retention.
• You will be responsible for the continuous development of our website, booking flow, and internal digital products (POS, check-in terminal, etc.).
• You will identify user needs through user research, data analysis, and feedback from daily operations, translating them into requirements and user stories.
• You will coordinate external service providers, agencies, and tech partners, ensuring their work integrates seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
• You will manage releases from idea to go-live and measure impact based on defined KPIs.
• You will test new features, run experiments (A/B tests), and continuously iterate to optimize our digital touchpoints.
• You will work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, and Marketing to successfully roll out product improvements across the organization.

What you bring to the table

• You have 3-5 years of experience in web product management, ideally in hospitality - but experience in e-commerce, service marketplaces, or similar digital industries is also welcome.
• You have solid expertise in product discovery, experimentation, UX principles, and end-to-end ownership across the full product lifecycle.
• You bring a strong hands-on mentality and startup drive. You can switch effortlessly between contexts and step in wherever needed.
• You work in a data-driven way and are confident using A/B testing and analytics tools.
• You have experience collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including in complex structures.
• You are fluent in German and English.
