(Senior) Product Manager - INDI & AQUA Domain (f/m/x) Berlin, Munich | Full-time

The Mission

At CarOnSale, we're building the infrastructure for B2B automotive trade in Europe. Two of our most strategically critical product domains sit at the heart of that mission: INDI (vehicle inspection & dispatching) and AQUA (automated auction creation & vehicle data quality). We're looking for a driven Product Manager to own both.

This is not a delivery role. We've already automated the vast majority of our execution layer - tickets, documentation, and engineering coordination. What we need is sharp product thinking at the front end: someone who defines what we build and why, and who makes great decisions fast.

What You'll Own

Field Operations & Inspection Domain (INDI)

• Optimise inspection workflows - balance quality, cost, and scalability as we grow across Europe
• Smart resource allocation - build dispatching logic that gets the right expertise to the right vehicles at the right time
• Mobile tooling for field teams - own the product that inspectors use daily to capture vehicle condition and data

Data Quality & Automation Domain (AQUA)

• Automated listing creation - integrate with partners at the API level to ingest vehicle data without manual work
• Data completeness and accuracy - ensure every listing has the information buyers need to transact with confidence
• Quality assurance systems - build checks, validations, and processes that catch issues before they reach the marketplace

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplace products
• Strong in discovery - you talk to users, synthesise fast, and translate insight into sharp problem statements
• Data-driven: you define success metrics before you build, not after
• Comfortable with technical complexity - APIs, data models, and mobile apps don't intimidate you
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can hold multiple domains without losing depth
• Excellent communication in German and English
