Description
OverviewProdapt is looking for a Product Manager (Telecom, Remote - Latam) to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B mobile products, from ideation to launch and optimization, ensuring strong commercial performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of B2B mobile products, including ideation, development, RFP responses, implementation, and launch.
- Own the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement, evolution, and alignment with market needs and commercial objectives.
- Develop business cases for new products, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment.
- Oversee governance processes such as CCN approvals, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.
- Define provisioning processes and maintain comprehensive documentation for product deployment and support.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (GTM, sales, marketing, technology, operations) to execute successful product launches and delivery.
- Design and implement migration strategies for transitioning legacy products to new solutions.
- Manage product portfolio lifecycle, including ownership, rationalization, and sunsetting of underperforming products.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives (e.g., provisioning, billing, reporting) to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and revenue performance, including pricing effectiveness, margins, roaming growth, and device attachment rates.
- Define and approve pricing strategies and optimize profitability through margin and subscriber analysis.
- Integrate market insights, segmentation, and competitive intelligence into product strategy.
- Oversee device forecasting, MOQ planning, and inventory management to balance demand and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, time-to-market, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management (Telco/B2B preferred).
- Experience with product lifecycle, pricing, and revenue management.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
