Since our beginnings as a science project in 1997, we've grown into a subsidiary of Everllence with around 500 employees across three locations worldwide.

Your Responsibilties

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for large scale electrolysis solutions aligned with business and growth objectives
• Lead translation of market, customer, and regulatory into product requirements and prioritized development initiatives
• Act as interface between engineering, R&D, sales, operations, and executive management to drive product decisions based on perfomance, cost and functionality trade-offs
• Drive product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies including customer documentaton in close collaboration with commercial and sales teams
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and field performance to steer continuous improvement and portfolio optimization

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Electrochemistry, or a comparable field
• Relevant experience in product management or technical leadership within electrolysis, hydrogen, or energy technologies
• Strong knowledge of electrolyzer technologies and hydrogen systems
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps and value propositions for complex industrial products
• Strong business mindset with experience in market analysis, customer requirements and TCO/business case evaluation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
• Fluent in English, kowledge of German or other languages is a plus
