Position: Metallurgy & Mill Product Manager
Location: Dammam

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Metallurgy professional to lead and manage thermo-mechanical processes, ensuring product quality, performance, and operational excellence in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage metallurgical aspects of thermo-mechanical production processes
• Handle technical queries (TQ) and feasibility analysis across departments
• Define process capabilities and metallurgical limitations
• Lead process setup and optimization for thermo-mechanical transformations
• Oversee qualification of new/modified processes, materials, and suppliers
• Develop and implement failure analysis protocols
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members

Requirements:
• Degree in Metallurgy / Materials Engineering or related field
• Strong experience in steel / pipe manufacturing (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Expertise in thermo-mechanical processes & heat treatment
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
