Description
Kias Auto Repair LLC seeks a Marketing Specialist in Houston, TX.

Position Type: Full-time, permanent position
Job Duties
Research local market conditions, customer demand, and competitor pricing and service offerings for automotive repair and maintenance services in the Houston area.
Analyze customer trends, service demand, and referral patterns to identify target customer segments for the company’s repair and maintenance services.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s automotive repair, maintenance, and fleet-related service offerings to retail and commercial customers.
Assist with planning and coordinating digital and local promotional campaigns, including online business listings, social media promotion, service advertising, and customer outreach efforts.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts by tracking customer inquiries, service volume trends, repeat-customer activity, and promotional results.
Prepare routine reports regarding market conditions, customer demand, competitor activity, pricing trends, and marketing performance to support management decision-making.
Recommend pricing, promotional, and customer-retention strategies to improve visibility, increase service demand, and expand the company’s customer base.
Support outreach efforts to strengthen business relationships with referral sources and commercial or fleet-related customers.
Maintain marketing records, promotional materials, and customer-outreach documentation.
Coordinate with management regarding service promotions, seasonal campaigns, and strategies to increase repeat and new customer traffic.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related field.
24 months of experience in marketing, market research, customer acquisition analysis, business development, advertising, or related occupation.
