Job Summary
Itzen Bishop Financial is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and execute firm-wide marketing initiatives in support of business
growth, brand positioning, and advisor success. This role is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategy across digital channels, client communications, and
brand initiatives within a regulated wealth management environment.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Events & Experiences
a. Plan and coordinate firm marketing events (webinars, referral dinners, client celebrations, retirement send-offs, etc.)
b. Ensure brand consistency, attendee follow-through, and experience quality
2. Email Marketing
a. Maintain automated nurture/live-send campaigns (most are built + running in autopilot — focus is monitoring, light editing, and deploying new sends when needed)
3. Social Media
a. Manage LinkedIn + Facebook for both brand pages and individual advisor pages
b. Light content creation / copywriting / posting cadence planning
4. Website / Digital Presence
a. Update advisor pages, team bios, landing pages, announcements
b. Coordinate with vendors/web support as needed
5. Marketing Collateral
a. Manage yearly planning calendars, printed pieces, and branded materials
6. Gifting & Client Touch Program
a. Execute gifting workflows: new clients, retirements, “wow moment” gifts
b. Manage handwritten letter cadence for monthly inflow
7. Pipeline & Prospect Tracking
a. Ensure leads/prospects are captured, tracked, and followed through until outcome
8. COI Relationship Support
a. Continue to build and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (CPA, estate attorney, realtors, business owners, etc.)
Requirements
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
-5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
-Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
-Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital marketing principles
-Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Strong project management and organizational skills
-Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience within a registered investment advisor (RIA) or wealth management firm
-Familiarity with SEC and FINRA advertising and communications regulations
-Experience supporting advisor-led marketing initiatives
-Leadership experience or people-management responsibilities
-Advanced certifications in marketing, communications, or digital strategy
