SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The position of Marketing Coordinator is responsible to coordinate, develop and produce various internal and external marketing related deliverables and services. Those duties will include, but not be limited to, creating qualification packages, responding to requests for proposals, coordinate community service projects, develop marketing collateral in support of the strategic marketing plan and deliverables.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Participate in weekly Procurement meetings and prepare reports and minutes.
Upkeep of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems with most relevant and timely materials.
Assist in the preparation of deliverables for project presentations, interviews, recruiting and other similar events.
Coordination and production of project specific and non-project specific marketing materials and deliverables.
Maintenance of project historical data as necessary and used in development of proposals and qualification statements.
Assist in research for background on project leads, and other strategic initiatives related to project pursuits.
Format and compose correspondence from drafts and/or general directions.
Coordinate and maintain photography for all phases of projects as needed for use in marketing materials.
Create, coordinate, and maintain stock of widely used marketing and promotional materials.
Assist in development of materials for use in social media and other approved media.
Preparation and involvement in networking events, industry related trade shows, and recruiting opportunities.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred, but not required. Will possess organizational skills, be proficient in word processing, grammar, and composition.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation.
Intermediate knowledge of construction industry terminology, standards and practices.
Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Software.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail while ensuring deadlines for timely completion of projects and priorities.
Ability to function independently and as a productive member in a team-focused environment.
Maintain a high standard of ethical behavior in all business dealings.
Accept the responsibility to manage FCl's resources and own personal behavior with proper regard to the rights of others.
