The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the firm’s brand, business development initiatives, and client engagement efforts. This position is responsible for creating visually compelling materials, developing and executing design concepts, and supporting marketing operations with strong organizational and projectmanagement skills. The ideal candidate combines creativity with precision and thrives in a collaborative, fastpaced professional services environment. This is an exciting opportunity that has flexibility to be based out of any of our Michigan offices.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and produce brochures, collateral materials, presentations, event signage, and other branded assets.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to conceptualize and develop PowerPoint presentations, and templates for both clientfacing and internal use, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual consistency.
- Maintain and update pitch materials, content libraries, and reusable templates to support business development efforts.
- Track pitch outcomes, monitor followup actions, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely responses.
- Manage the administration of firm ticket operations for client development activities.
- Oversee inventory, organization, and distribution of firm promotional products.
- Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related discipline preferred; however, candidates with professional design experience and a highquality portfolio will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at an agency or in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work with attorneys, staff, and external contacts.
- Selfmotivated with a commitment to highquality work and responsiveness.
