Description

We are looking for a part-time marketing and business development consultant for a boutique law firm specializing in environmental litigation. The ideal candidate would possess excellent writing and graphic design skills, a knowledge of WordPress and ActiveCampaign (or a willingness to learn), and the ability to understand and write about legal concepts. While scientific consultants, attorneys, and paralegals generally write the legal alerts themselves, it is important that the consultant understand how to paraphrase and adopt these alerts for the firm’s blog and social media.  
 
There is also a project management component to this position, which includes overseeing the schedule of disseminated content and ensuring that alerts are sent out in a timely manner. This role also includes working with legal publications, including The Legal Intelligencer and Law360, and making basic website updates. - Ability to project manage and “manage up” to ensure that email campaigns, blog posts, and social media posts are disseminated in a timely manner 
- A working knowledge of legal writing 
- Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop preferred) 
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills 
- ActiveCampaign or other email marketing platform experience 
- WordPress or other website hosting experience 
 
The ideal candidate would be based in or near Philadelphia, PA, to come into the center city office as needed (once or twice per week).
