Job Title: (Sr.) Product Manager - PRADA - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Lead the strategic vision and execution for PRADA Beauty within L'Oreal's Luxe Division in Korea, driving market share growth by strategically orchestrating new product launches and maximizing the performance of key pillars. This role encompasses a holistic view on the entire product lifecycle, from campaign planning and execution to market trend analysis, sales performance reporting, and sustainable inventory management.
- Product Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement the overall product strategy for the assigned category, aligning it with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis and consumer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Lead the development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns (IMC/Digital/Retail) across all consumer touchpoints.
- Manage campaign budgets, track performance against KPIs, and optimize ROI.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including digital assets and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Inventory Management & Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the demand planning team to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels.
- Minimize stock-outs and obsolescence while ensuring optimal product availability across all channels.
- Budget & Cost Control:
- Manage the budget for the assigned category, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
- Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure favorable pricing and maximize cost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RA, DP and DMI to ensure seamless product launch execution.
- Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: University graduate
- Years of Experience: 3-6 years
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-years' experience in cosmetic industry
- Deep Understanding of the Korean Beauty Landscape
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal
- Language: Business Fluency in Korean and English
- Other Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
