Job Title: Product Manager- Dr.G Domestic MKT

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Product Manager in Dr.G, you will be the heart of the brand, leading product strategy from concept to launch and driving business growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will act as a true entrepreneur within a dynamic and passionate team to write the next success story for your brand.

• Brand Strategy: Define and implement the local marketing strategy for Dr.G, adapting global concepts to meet the specific needs of the Korea markets.
• Product Launches: Lead the launch of new products from A to Z, ensuring flawless execution across all channels and collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, and digital teams.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the hair category.
• Campaign Management: Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, working with agency partners to create compelling content and activations

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: University graduate
• Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in a marketing role
• Experience:
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
  • A consumer-centric mindset and the ability to understand diverse market dynamics.
• Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
• Other Skills: Proficient with Excel,PPT
