We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling entrepreneurs - whether beginners or experienced ones - to sell online without capital, inventory, or operational experience. We handle product selection, storage, logistics, payment collection, and customer service on behalf of our merchants.
Launched in 2019 with a team of just 8 people, we've grown to over 350 employees across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and more recently Morocco. Today, we serve over 34,000 social commerce sellers, offering access to more than 2,500 high-potential products.

Role Overview
As a Junior Product Manager at Taager, you will be at the heart of the social commerce revolution in the MENA region. You will assist in defining, building, and scaling products that empower thousands of social sellers to start and grow their businesses without the hassle of inventory or logistics. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: Conduct user research and interviews with merchants to identify pain points in the dropshipping and fulfillment journey.
- Execution: Support the Product Lead in writing clear, concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories for the engineering team.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Daily Active Users (DAU), Conversion Rates, and Return to Origin (RTO) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Sprint Management: Participate in daily stand-ups, prioritize the product backlog, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features are shipped bug-free.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure product launches align with regional business strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or operations within a fast-paced tech startup (E-commerce or Fintech experience is a major plus).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Mindset: A "get-it-done" attitude with a deep empathy for small business owners and social sellers.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with Jira, Linear, or Trello and understanding API-driven product architectures.
