At SCHOTT Pharma, you shape innovative pharmaceutical primary packaging solutions with global impact. As Global Product Manager, you drive product strategy, innovation and lifecycle management within an international B2B environment - turning market insights into sustainable growth.
As Global Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and commercial success of an international product portfolio. You work at the interface of Quality, R&D, Sales and Marketing, translating customer and market needs into competitive product solutions across the entire product lifecycle.

Your Contribution

• You define and execute global product strategies aligned with SCHOTT Pharma's business unit and corporate strategy, ensuring long-term value creation.
• You manage the full product lifecycle, including product roadmap planning, portfolio optimization and phase-in/phase-out decisions based on state-of-the-art technologies.
• You drive product innovations and enhancements by translating customer, market and application requirements into clear product concepts and business cases.
• You lead global product launch activities, including positioning, value propositions, documentation, pricing input and internal/external trainings.
• You analyze global markets, competitors and trends, providing structured market and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders across Product Development, Technology, Sales and Marketing.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree in Chemistry - ideally a PHD, Pharmaceutical or Medical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field with strong technical affinity.
• You have several years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or Business Development within an international environment.
• You have proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry and are familiar with complex product portfolios.
• You demonstrate strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills combined with a structured and results-oriented working style.
• You communicate confidently in English and are experienced in stakeholder management across cultures and functions.
• You are willing to travel internationally.
