Description
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of digital solutions across APAC - aligning with regional growth priorities, customer needs and business objectives. In this role, you will translate digital capabilities into field-ready value propositions that enable frontline Sales teams to win digital opportunities - while partnering with Service and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measurable customer outcomes.
You will lead discovery with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, define clear product requirements, and work with Engineering, UX/UI and Data/Analytics to deliver enhancements iteratively using agile methods.
You will also own release scope and sequencing, manage dependencies across multiple countries, and ensure operational readiness-documentation, enablement, support model, integration requirements, data quality and cybersecurity expectations.
As a key driver of APAC's digitalization agenda, you will monitor performance (KPIs/OKRs), support go-to-market execution and drive continuous improvement to scale solutions that enhance customer value and support sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Strategy, Vision & Roadmap
- Lead the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for assigned digital solutions, aligned with APAC growth priorities, customer value and market needs.
- Prioritise initiatives to focus investment on the highest-value customer and commercial opportunities.
- Define product scope, dependencies and integration requirements, including cybersecurity and platform considerations.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure product priorities reflect market demand, pipeline opportunities and growth objectives.
- Maintain a transparent roadmap balancing strategic innovation with continuous improvement, aligned with the global digital product portfolio and technology roadmap.
Discovery & Product Definition
- You will lead customer, partner and internal stakeholder discovery to validate problems worth solving, define value propositions and set measurable outcomes.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements: problem statements, target users/personas, value propositions and success metrics.
- Define and maintain a prioritised backlog with high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to enable predictable delivery.
- Align stakeholders early on scope, constraints and success metrics to minimise rework and accelerate decision-making.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction and prioritisation.
Delivery, Release & Operational Readiness
- Partner with Engineering, UX/UI and Data/Analytics to deliver enhancements iteratively using agile methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) with clear sprint/iteration goals.
- Own release scope and sequencing; manage dependencies, risks and trade-offs across multiple countries to achieve timely delivery.
- Ensure operational readiness: documentation, support model, service and sales enablement readiness, integration requirements, data quality and cybersecurity expectations.
- Coordinate testing, UAT and rollout plans (including localisation where required) to drive consistent adoption and a high-quality customer experience.
Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement & Performance
- Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and monitor performance across adoption, customer value, pipeline influence and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to drive opportunity development and adoption, equipping frontline teams with clear messaging, demos, use cases and value propositions.
- Support strategic sales opportunities through product expertise, solution positioning, demos and customer value articulation; translate capabilities into proposals and business cases.
- Analyse pipeline performance, win-rates and adoption trends to inform improvements, and partner with Service/Customer Success to ensure long-term customer value.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in digital product management (or product owner/BA with clear product ownership) delivering customer-facing or operational digital products.
- Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle (discovery → build → launch → adoption).
- Strong backlog management: writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and partnering with engineering to deliver iteratively (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience leading discovery and validation (problem framing, hypothesis testing, prototype feedback) and translating insights into requirements.
- Data-literate: ability to define KPIs/OKRs, interpret dashboards and use evidence to prioritise (e.g., funnels, adoption, support drivers); excellent English and strong stakeholder management in a matrix, multi-country environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence supporting launches and adoption (enablement, demoing, proposal inputs); tools literacy (nice to have): Jira/Azure DevOps, product documentation tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
