Epsilon Systems Solutions Advanced Products team is hiring for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in San Diego!

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our Advanced Products team by producing high-quality short-form video content for trade shows and industry events within the defense sector. This role is ideal for someone interested in visual storytelling, event marketing, and supporting brand communications in a highly regulated environment.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, capture, and edit short-form video content for trade shows, conferences, and industry events

• Document booth presence, product demonstrations, and key event highlights in a professional manner

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure messaging aligns with company objectives and compliance requirements

• Assist in developing video content to support pre-event promotion and post-event recap materials

• Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines, security protocols, and industry regulations

• Organize and maintain video assets, footage, and media libraries

• Support additional marketing initiatives as needed, including presentations and internal communications

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

• Zero (0-1) to one year of experience in Digital Marketing, Media Content Creation or related industry

• Strong interest in marketing, corporate communications, media and video creation

• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during live events

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience creating video content for corporate, industrial, or technical environments

• Familiarity with trade shows, conferences, or event marketing

• Interest in the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors

• Basic understanding of content approval workflows and regulated communications environments

Pay Range:

The salary range for this role is $22.00 - $25.00 hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

• Regular communication (hearing/speaking).

• Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.

• Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).

• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, standing, and walking.

• Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
