Description
Job DescriptionAre you a results-driven sales manager with a passion for making a positive impact on the world? Then this opportunity may be for you!
Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Country Product Manager (CPM) to help drive growth in new markets where we do not have a local presence and support our mission of fostering cultural exchange and building global families. As a hands-on manager, you'll combine your skills in sales leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing execution, and people management to take ownership of building our au pair program in new markets with a strong market owner mindset. You will be based in Bogotá and report to the Sales Director in São Paulo, Brazil. This role includes occasional travel to your markets as well as management meetings 1-3 times a year.
We are looking for an ambitious, organized individual who thrives in a multicultural environment and brings strong analytical and interpersonal skills. If you are a self-starter who takes ownership and builds momentum through clarity, coaching, and follow-through, we want to hear from you.
Join us in growing our community of global families and making the world a more welcoming and understanding place through the power of cultural exchange.
What you will do:
- Build and refine the go-to-market approach for new markets: test channels, document learnings, and scale repeatable practices across the markets.
- Own local strategy execution within your approved budget, making smart trade-offs and allocating resources based on impact and results.
- Drive disciplined sales execution across your markets to achieve sales targets, owning pipeline health and KPI visibility; set clear standards for follow-up, prioritization, and speed, and coach the team on conversion and closing.
- Manage 3 full-time Sales Coordinators and additional part-time Meeting Leaders.
- Recruit, onboard, engage, and develop staff; set clear expectations; provide regular, actionable feedback.
- Step in hands-on when needed to help the team achieve its goals (e.g., telesales, candidate screening, visiting schools/universities).
- Protect quality while growing: ensure honest customer communication and clear expectation-setting; monitor quality indicators and act early when risks appear.
- Partner closely with US operations and central teams to support participant experience and strong long-term outcomes.
Who you are:
Personal qualifications
- You have a growth mindset, learn from mistakes, and stay solutions-focused when challenges come up.
- You have a strong track record of driving growth. You can see the big picture, have strong business acumen and commercial instinct which will allow you to plan for the long-term development of your markets.
- You are comfortable without a road map. Expanding into new markets means that there are no learnings from the past to build upon. You are comfortable in the unknown and can take ownership to create structure where there is none.
- You are a natural connector who builds trust quickly and can develop strong relations across internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g, local embassies and other partners)
- You are a hands-on leader and team player who motivates others to execute and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and help others achieve their goals.
- You take ownership, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
Professional qualifications
- 3 years' work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, with at least 1 of those years in a sales management role with staff management
- Experience managing pipeline KPIs and using data to drive predictable results
- University/College graduate. A marketing or business degree is advantageous
- Full proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Nice to have:
- Prior sales experience within the Chile, Ecuador, Panama, or Peru market.
- Experience of working or living abroad for 6+ months
If you are motivated by the prospect of an international career with a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you. Please submit your application, including your CV and cover letter in English.
