Now Hiring: Community Managers Who Know How to Make Waves (in a Good Way!)
Ocean City, MD & Lewes, DE
At Legum & Norman, we don’t just manage communities—we help coastal lifestyles thrive. From sunrise boardwalk strolls to peak summer weekends, our teams keep resort communities running like a well-timed tide.
We’re looking for Community Managers who can ride the waves of daily operations, keep their cool in the busy season, and still bring a little fun to the job.

Partnering with condominium & homeowner association boards to keep communities ready year-round
Navigating the fast-paced rhythm of resort life—because every week can feel like peak season
Managing budgets, vendors, and projects with precision
Handling the unexpected (because at the beach, something always comes up)
Why You’ll Love It Here
A team that works hard but knows how to enjoy the view
A culture where collaboration flows as easily as the tide
Voted “Best Place to Work” every year since 2017
Leadership that gives you the autonomy to captain your own ship
The Perks
Competitive salary
Full benefits package
PTO to recharge (beach day, anyone?)
Growth opportunities within a nationally recognized organization
What You Bring
Community management experience (resort or high-demand communities is a big plus)
The ability to stay calm during the “high tide” moments
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive attitude and sense of humor—because every day is a little different at the beach
If you’re ready to dive into a role where no two days are the same—and where your work helps create exceptional coastal living experiences—we’d love to meet you.
