Your main duties in flying with us:

• Support ideation and validation of product enhancements through user research and data
• Collaborate with technology, trade partnership, operation, and marketing to craft solutions to customer needs
• Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories
• Deliver small to medium product improvements from scoping to release
• Collaborate with other product teams to sync the release plan and deliver the best experience for our customers
• Monitor and support product operational health, ensuring smooth daily execution
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to support product partnerships and initiatives
• Analyze pricing-related data to uncover insights and suggest improvements

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Passion for a product management role with up to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Self-starter with "can do" spirit who doesn't hesitate to proactively learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) in English
• Having Data Analysis and SQL skills
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
