Purpose of Role

Under Armour's vision is to be the #1 Performance Athletic Brand in the world. To help achieve this goal, we are building a progressive Financial Planning & Analysis team whose focus is developing core competencies in the areas of FP&A, Decision Support, and Strategy Execution. The Lead, FP&A Americas Supply Chain will be a key member of our team by supporting our broader Supply Chain team by providing visibility to results, trends, and KPI's in addition to owning and helping to shape strategic decisions with each of the cross-functional partners.

Your Impact

• Support VP of Americas Supply Chain and VP of Americas Distribution in driving the financial plan across a variety of cross-functional disciplines
• Create and maintain short and long-term expense planning models to assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly financial updates to the company, providing decision support and strategic analysis.
• Forecast and manage costs for a variety of areas across the Supply Chain, including Distribution, Customer Service, and Outbound Transportation.
• Lead in-depth financial, variance, and trending analysis for KPIs used to build expense models in the business and drive analytical support.
• Provide financial support in assisting in business case creation of capital investments for Supply Chain, using key metrics like ROI, NPV, and IRR.
• Partner with cross-functional business partners to align financial plans to long term strategy by coordinating planning/analytics, engineering, and operations objectives

Qualifications

• Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Strong track record of identifying key questions; defining, performing, and coordinating analyses; and communicating findings concisely.
• Critical thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal, skills
• Self-starter; ability to be productive with limited oversight
• Ability to lead projects with cross functional teammates at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects with high levels of complexity
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, analyze results, and make actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to challenging the status-quo to make things better
• Ability to work independently and identify information and/or resources needed to complete assignments

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• BA/BS Degree - Finance, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or other related degree
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business Analytics
• Consumer Products, Retail Industry or high growth environment experience preferred
• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, business case creation, scenario/sensitivity analysis
• SAP/BPC/IBPf or Hyperion experience preferred

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Nashville, TN or Baltimore, MD office
• Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

$96,778.00 - $133,070.30 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
