Be responsible for day-to-day CRM system management, create personalized product and loyalty offers program
Help to drive marketing funnel impact with targeting and retargeting tactics
Work with different stakeholders from Hong Kong and China teams, launch personalized product and loyalty offers program to live
Keep tracking the efficiency and effectiveness of the targeting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
At least 6+ years of in-depth knowledge and Marketing CRM experience in the Finance industry
Experience with CRM management, CRM system and drive for personalized offers program
Understanding customer behavior of Financial industry in Hong Kong and Greater China (would be a bonus)
Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members
Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
