AMBULATORY MARKETING MANAGER
The primary function of the Ambulatory Marketing Program Manager is to plan, coordinate and manage the development and execution of consumer and business-focused marketing and communications to support growth and brand awareness for El Camino Health Medical Network (ECHMN), which includes the urgent care, primary and specialty care clinics. This position will develop strong working relationships across the enterprise functions and the El Camino Health Medical Network line of business as well as with partners involved in specialty lines of business. The Ambulatory Marketing Program Manager contributes to the success of the ambulatory line of business by understanding customer needs and developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth and improve the customer experience. The position will seek progressive and innovative means to convey and promote the El Camino Health’s (ECH) Masterbrand and value proposition by building awareness and engagement between the community and the organization’s physicians and ambulatory services.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant major, while an advanced degree in business or public sector equivalent, marketing/communications or health related field is preferred. Must have 7 years’ marketing and communications experience, 5 years of demonstrated experience and responsibility executing multi-channel communications, brand management and digital communications with a strong understanding of the business planning, measuring success and challenges of the healthcare industry, and experience working with traditional and emerging marketing concepts, marketing strategies, service-industry promotion, market analysis and forecasting.
MARKET RESEARCH PROGRAM MANAGER
The Market Research Program Manager (Insights & Analytics) is responsible for designing and delivering critical market research studies, managing and leading these engagements, and translating outputs into actionable insights. The selected candidate will combine primary market research data, financial and behavioral data with other secondary data to surface new insights into our current and prospective customers to support our enterprise business goals and growth agenda. Additionally, using advanced analytics methods, predictive analytics, and new methods to cultivate insights, you will act as a strategic thought partner to provide critical customer insights for cross-functional team efforts. In addition, this individual will lead marketing performance management, including building dashboards that bring together campaign results, key brand metrics, digital metrics, and other volume and business metrics to help track and evaluate marketing performance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business or related. Must have 7 years of experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative market research, and secondary market research (experience with crafting surveys, analyzing data and developing insightful reports), and familiarity with new methods like AI.
