Description

What We’re Looking For:

The Manager, Corporate Brand Operations, is responsible for managing and executing creative and strategic projects that align with the business objectives of the 2U Corporate Brand team within the Communications and Engagement department. The job involves working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure creative requests are clearly defined and completed, ensuring all corporate brand owned assets are organized and accessible and all business wide special projects have appropriate Corporate Brand support, making necessary content updates to 2U.com, managing vendor relationships, and managing projects of varying scale supporting the Communications and Engagement team. 

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Brand Creative Request Process Management
    • Manage internal brand request process, projects, and deliverables from brief-intake to hand-off including managing project intake, following projects through the design process, and assisting with resource allocation. This will include working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly defined with project scopes, timelines, appropriate resources, and any other necessary information to ensure project delivery requirements are met. 
    • Develop a strategic, long term corporate creative project review process to account for and align with overall business growth and priorities. 
    • Build reports and dashboards to analyze performance and efficiency. 
  • Brand Asset Organization:
    • Develop and implement standardizing operating procedures and processes for requests and completion of projects, and trackers for metrics and assets. This will include working closely with Corporate Brand Strategy to ensure all brand owned assets are distributed across the organization and managing the section on the employee-only intranet that houses these materials and the creative request form. 
  • Communications and Engagement Special Projects
    • Work as the 2U Corporate Brand liaison for cross-functional, business wide special projects. This will include collaboration with Corporate Brand Strategy on asset development for special projects including: web production, deck development, video asset development, PDF development, requested creative asset development, etc. 
    • Manage the organization platform used by the Communications and Engagement team. 
  • Corporate Website Content:
    • Ownership and maintenance of key sections and functions of 2U.com.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage implementation and organization of external platforms necessary to the Corporate Brand team (i.e. Canva, Monday.com)
