Leading organization in UAE is looking to appoint a Head of Digital Marketing
reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. He/she will be required to lead the strategy development and successful execution of best in class digital design, content production and data management with a deep focus on analytics and customer experience.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Problem-solving and analytical skills - interpreting and leveraging data insights for constantly enhancing customer experience in three verticals: design, content and data/intelligence.
Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology - lead initiatives pertaining to marketing technology and data integration towards design excellence, an optimized content framework underpinned by data and analytics.
Consistently delivering end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey.
12-15+ years of marketing and CX leadership experience supporting the launch of consumer facing products and experienced in leading teams ideally within emerging markets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong customer-centric direction. Experience in leading the vision and delivery of Marketing and CX for financial institutions.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing CX and Marketing strategies and roadmaps.
