Description

The Digital Experience Team works to provide a transparent, intentional, contextual digital experience for our customers and staff, and we are looking for a highly motivated Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving the execution of the Digital Experience vision and the management of key strategic programs within a portfolio of initiatives. The successful candidate will manage and contribute to strategy and planning of the key initiatives of the group. The candidate will also be responsible for the people management of a small team of project managers.

The Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the program portfolio to ensure on-scope, on-time, and in-budget completion. To be successful, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize, track and deliver large scale programs to execute the vision and strategy of the team as well as manage the development and workload of the project management team. Excellent communications, interpersonal skills are a must as well as the ability to be agile and adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing scope and have the discipline to orchestrate complex changes through various challenges, processes, and people.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute and build a program framework to help plan, manage, and drive cross functional initiatives.
  • Lead the successful delivery of the program portfolio including schedule development, planning, communications, change management, dependencies and resource availability.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication of project progress and risks.
  • Management of a small team of project managers.
  • Delivery and development of executive stakeholder readout materials and status tracking.
  • Deliver report summaries with adequate details to meet the needs of the targeted audience.
  • Create templates to streamline the project framework and collaborate closely with other project and program managers within the organization.
  • Drive, design and analyze appropriate data measures and reporting for successful implementation and delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Implement or design reporting solutions / dashboards to report on team KPIs and outcomes.
  • Drive a consistent cadence of cross functional program status meetings for all active projects including planning, scheduling, and milestone reviews.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Software, Services or IT industry
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project or Program Management
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skill at all levels across the enterprise
  • Demonstrated ability to document methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • People management experience will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Program Management or equivalent work experience
