University of the Sciences (USciences) has an immediate need for a qualified candidate for the position of Analyst, Digital Marketing. The Analyst, Digital Marketing is responsible for day-to-day operation and analysis of the University’s digital advertising accounts for both traditional and online offerings and ensuring campaigns help achieve divisional enrollment goals. The Analyst, Digital Marketing should be flexible and prepared to execute a holistic digital marketing strategy based on data analyses to increase brand awareness, visibility, prospect engagement, and lead generation for the traditional and online offerings. This position reports to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing.

Deploy and report on the performance of in-house University digital marketing assets (paid search engine marketing, display, and paid social campaigns)
Monitor and optimize the accounts to increase brand awareness, visibility, prospect engagement and lead generation within assigned budget parameters
Provide reporting that quantifies the impact of all University outreach tactics (counselors, direct mail, traditional advertising, etc.) on enrollment and measure performance against benchmarks
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Insights to provide insight and action on historical performance data
Collaborate with departments across the University to deploy engaging, up-to-date messaging consistently for academic programs and the institution
Seek out innovative digital marketing techniques to develop and execute test and learn opportunities for continuous optimization and improvement of the University’s digital marketing capabilities
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Bachelors’ degree or higher in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience executing related digital marketing tactics
Proven experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads & Facebook Ad Manager (or similar paid digital media management platforms). Candidates will be expected to have hands-on experience with the following: o A/B Testing o Budget and Traffic Forecasting o Multi-channel Attribution
Familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices. Screaming Frog SEO Spider experience preferred.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, charts and intermediate formulas & functions
Experience working in a fast-paced in-house and/or agency setting
Solid understanding of Google Analytics campaign and event tracking
Strong skills in analytics and quantitative reporting to leverage data into actionable insights
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a dynamic team environment
Ability to quantitatively evaluate marketing metrics and provide feedback and summaries to colleagues in a clear, concise manner
Ability to assume responsibility, problem-solve, and exercise independent judgment when making decisions related to campaign optimizations
Higher education experience is a plus but is not required
Internet savvy; familiar with current trends in digital media and comfortable learning new platforms to take advantage of an evolving online advertising landscape
Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, positive attitude and team player
Success in prioritizing, scheduling and meeting deadlines on time and on budget
The finalist will be required to successfully pass a background check.
