We're building a world-class product and team that is redefining the flexible work space and beyond. At Hana, we focus on the details that drive success - a professional environment, thoughtful designs and courteous service - just to name a few. We believe in fostering a culture that drives accomplishment through adaptability, professionalism and thoughtfulness. And, we like to have a bit of fun too. If you are a detail-oriented, curious, self-starter interested in joining a fun and fast-paced team, we hope you will apply.
Hana delivers enhanced employee experiences in the workplace. The platform was built to help occupiers and investors worldwide create transformative workplace solutions and destinations of choice by integrating property services and amenities with advanced digital technologies.
Reporting to Hana's VP, Innovation and Digital Growth, Hana is seeking an eager, data-driven product marketer to support Hana's new product launches and go-to-market initiatives. You will sit at the intersection of operations, physical product, technology and sales enablement, understanding what is possible, what products we release, how we release them, and how we measure their success. From digital selling to local acquisition initiatives, you will help design and evaluate the portfolio for product and innovation opportunities that will define where Hana is headed in the long-term, and how we evolve to get there in the nearer term. Hana is defining the work experience for employees of the world's best brands in a growing network of Hana units. As an early hire to our innovation and digital growth group, you will have a leading role in the evolution of that experience and the potential expansion beyond workplaces to other types of flexible spaces that enable people to accomplish great things.
The ideal candidate is highly driven, analytical, organized and collaborative. Domain expertise in commercial real estate or hospitality is a plus. As the right-hand person to the VP, Innovation and Digital Growth, you will have unique access to make an impact on how Hana builds its future across a breadth of initiative types and responsibilities. You will support strategic initiatives that include assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving the associated business planning processes. You will fully immerse yourself in data collection, drawing insights from analysis, and developing compelling, synthesized recommendations. You will be an expert in our buyer, our funnel and our conversion rate.

Be an expert on who Hana's customers are, the Hana conversion funnel by product type and our associated metrics, aligning the lead-to-revenue model around our various customer journeys.
Together with the Director, Data Science and Insights, develop and execute a testing and experimentation plan to evaluate product effectiveness, report on performance, increase conversion rate and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Be a critical point of contact within the Marketing team for Hana's Digital and Technology organization, driving the strategy to support marketing initiatives and collaborating with the product manager to test out new products and modes of digital selling via Hana's owned web and mobile channels.
Drive best practices in how sales and marketing are supported through the martech tool stack.
Work closely with B2B Marketing to translate go-to-market plans into sales support and enablement materials.

Experience operationalizing data in a customer platform (e.g. Hubspot, Eloqua, Drift) for outbound and inbound segmentation.
Technical awareness and ability to communicate the impact of requirements, decisions and recommendations.
Business acumen to make judgments in the wider context of the economy and society rather than just technology.
Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
Highly motivated and results-driven self-starter, operating with a sense of urgency and values accountability.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality results.
Proven ability to translate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
