The Marketing Manager, Graduate Recruitment will work in the Office of University Communications and Marketing to build a centralized strategy to recruit graduate and professional students. This position will frequently interact with the Vice Provost for Graduate Studies and the various administrators and communicators within graduate and professional programs.
Responsibilities for this position include developing targeted digital recruitment content and implementing a digital communications strategy, working with media agencies to traffic digital ads and messages for conversions, analyzing trends and reports, managing content for digital platforms, and managing print projects for graduate and professional recruitment.
The incumbent should have a thorough working knowledge of digital advertising, social media, and email marketing, as well as experience in traditional marketing and partnering with vendors to meet and exceed goals. Higher education enrollment experience is preferred.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field and 6-9 years of relevant experience, including paid social advertising work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain technical data and concepts to a non-technical audience are a must.
An understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred. Must be proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and have the ability to work independently as well as with a campus-wide team in a goal-oriented environment.
