JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing digital communications and marketing initiatives for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions line of business. Working closely with marketing, communications, and events teams, the Digital Marketing Specialist will recommend and implement digital solutions that encompass email marketing, web design, SEO, CRM and analytics to support marketing campaigns, recurring communications, and digital platforms as needed by the business. Position will also support special projects on occasion (e.g., support in development of client presentations/deliverables).
A successful candidate will be creative, self-starting, a team player, able to manage complexity with excellent communication and project management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and implement multi-channel digital campaigns for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, including website design, maintenance and navigation; email marketing design and distribution; analysis and reporting; and SEO/SEM
Support the CRM platform and processes to enhance overall engagement
Support deployment of new programs to advance our digital engagement and alignment across business segments, regions and offerings (e.g. content framework, program activation)
Monitor new digital tools and applications and make recommendations
Ensure compliance with company standards with the company logo and consistency of marketing products and brand
Support management consulting and events teams with ad hoc design and presentation support

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and more than two years of directly relevant experience and/or training.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Preferred educational focus includes SEO/SEM, user-centric digital experience, web analytics, data visualization and web programming.
Highly proficient with HTML; ability to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues in a timely fashion, creating full HTML (with inline CSS) in some cases
Experience with CMS tools, specifically SiteCore; experience with user journeys, personalization a plus
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word
Familiar with SEO/SEM best practices and online program management
Knowledge of CRM applications (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
Knowledge of Google Analytics
