Summary: This exciting position is dedicated to supporting our global marketing leadership with administrative and analytical work, and is a stepping stone to an exciting long-term marketing career. The responsibilities include but are not limited to calendaring and scheduling meetings, travel planning and booking, partnering on strategy and planning development, conducting research, supporting organizational design and communications, with a heavy focus on PPT and written/verbal communications to support the above areas. This role also partners with the Operations team on financial and team data management.

We are seeking someone who wants to grow with the marketing team and is willing to put in the work to do so. This role is a two-year commitment with a path to future roles within the marketing organization with potential placement in digital, content, brand, events and local marketing. Possibility to move into any U.S. market if demand and interest align.
Primary Responsibilities: Support global marketing leadership in the creation of strategy and organizational presentations
Research competitor practices, client/consumer behavior and market trends and present findings
Directly manage all critical follow up and project management for key initiatives in flight - often serving as proxy for CMO
Coordinate and schedule meetings and keep calendar current for CMO and Head, Customer Growth and Content
Handle travel booking, expense report creation and tracking and other administrative responsibilities for two senior global marketing team members
Work with Operations to maintain a library of marketing materials used by global marketing organization including but not limited to style guides, presentation decks, tool libraries, best-practice inventory,
Support Operations team in data collection and management of staffing and budget details
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 1-2 years experience in project management and administrative support
Solid visual design aesthetic and overall understanding of current marketing practices
Ability to drive results through creative problem solving
Experience with data analytics and market research
Detail driven and excellent time management skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, excellent PPT a MUST, and Adobe Creative Cloud
