Oxford’s retail portfolio spans each of our global regions. In Canada specifically, it includes some of the country’s most popular and productive shopping centres, urban retail properties, and mixed-use spaces. Our eleven Canadian retail locations span three provinces – Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta – and operate in markets that directly target desirable shopper populations with growing potential spends on fashion, food, and services. The incumbent will report to the Senior Director, Retail Innovation and Lead Generation.
• Support the National Mangers on lead generation and curating a unique collection of activations that positively drive both revenue and onsite customer experience.• Support the team through the development of new business/agency presentations.• Assist on developing the national sponsorship asset inventory tracker and support on sponsorship fulfillment and execution when required.• Update and maintain the national specialty leasing retail rate card and asset toolkit, including activation areas, in-line short-term and long-term units.• Track and measure key performance metrics of all sponsorship and brand activations (traffic, impressions, engagements).• Track and compile related media content (photos, social and digital media posts etc.) for all activations and programs throughout the year for post review scorecards and data repository management.Administration and Research:• Oversee the general inquires inbox for National Specialty Leasing and disseminate accordingly to the respective team leads.• Research and provide outreach support on brands or retail prospects that can be engaged and solicited for alternative revenue generating opportunities (Pop-ups, activations, marketing programs and sponsorships).• Revenue tracking and project evaluation reports/analytics.• Regularly report on North American and Global industry trends, areas of opportunity and conduct a competitive analysis when required.
• Currently enrolled in College or University specializing in Marketing, Sponsorship or Media• Graphic Design experience is an asset• Strong computer skills including all MS Office applications (word, excel, PPT)• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude• Excellent communication and proven presentation skills• Strategic thinker and proactive
