The Assistant Box Office Manager (ABM) is responsible for box office administration and supervision, including the online ticketing system and customer service for the Claire Trevor School of the Arts (CTSA) Box Office. The ABM is primarily focused on customer service via the phone and sales window and supports the Box Office Manager and all box office functions, including but not limited to season ticket sales, cash handling, sales report, and customer service issues both on-site and over the phone. The ABM acts as the lead seller and assists in running reports (daily sales, end of show reconciliation, event guest lists) so the manager can create credit and cash/check journals in the financial system.
