All AMADC volunteers are committed to furthering the community of marketing professionals in the DMV as well as their own careers. By donating your time and skills to AMADC, you will be a vital part of supporting others in the profession to get the tools and connections they need.
We seek a Networking Team Player - a talented and committed professional who will be responsible for helping create AMADC’s dynamic regular Networker events that are a top reason why professionals decide to join. setting up, closing down and making members and non-members feel part of the DC marketing community.
This position will report to the VP of Programming: Networking & Special Events.
Help to set up AMADC signage and check-in tables
Ask all guests for their business card for the drawing
Identify registered guests; put all attendees on one RSVP sheet
Ask non-registered guests to fill in form
Collect payment from non-members who have not pre-registered
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Flexible, creative team player willing to step into whatever is required to get the job done
Knowledge and commitment to AMADC
This is an unpaid, voluntary position that requires about 2 hours per month. AMADC volunteers get benefits such as:

Ability to share details of their role on their resume and seek a reference from AMADC
