Our mission in the Business Owners Tribe is to identify, attract, and define propositions and campaigns for, people who want to start, grow, run or exit a business (and treat those customers efficiently, honestly and fairly).
What's in your toolkit?
Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns / customer propositions – incl. leading customer insight collection (various methods such as quant, qual, HCD) and synthesis; broad proposition design - product/package, price, service, offer , sales channel etc; ideation and testing, and working with teams to deliver propositions to market.
Experienced marketer and project manager - uses extensive experience in marketing to deliver on objectives. Has track record of executing marketing plans on time, on budget and with high quality. Agile experience desirable, but not mandatory.
Sound understanding of integrated marketing communications including media strategy and mix, creative development and production as well as ideally experience of digital and data-driven targeted marketing communications.
Understanding of customer channels, particularly digital and how consumers in high involvement purchases and servicing interact with and use digital as well as how marketing supports front line service interactions
Commercially astute and financially aware with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and the drive to execute accordingly
Tertiary/post graduate qualifications including ideally marketing/business/finance or communications.
Experience within financial services desirable - understands key business drivers within ANZ and the potential opportunities. Knows where the ANZ Business Owners proposition is situated in the market compared to its competition and utilises knowledge to drive competitive advantage and continual development.
