WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Our rapidly growing marketing department is seeking a creative, results-oriented, go-getter who is passionate about digital media to join our team. The right person loves the web, geeks out over new technologies, and is hungry to expand upon a strong digital footprint to drive business initiatives. You are highly skilled in all facets of the digital marketing continuum including inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, lead generation, funnel management, content creation, conversion optimization through A/B testing, and analytics and reporting. You are eager to work with a team to build complex and effective B2B marketing campaigns, and you thrive on constantly learning new things. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge in digital demand generation campaigns, is well-versed in content management platforms, and is comfortable troubleshooting or editing HTML and CSS; experience executing inbound marketing methodologies is a must! WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE Inbound Marketing Plan online lead generation strategies and campaigns that align with business priorities Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through landing pages, paid media campaigns, social channels, and email Establish closed-loop analytics with sales team to understand how inbound marketing activities turns visitors into leads Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Identify and analyze SEO trends/insights Oversee keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities Optimize copy on landing pages and in blog posts adhering to SEO best practices Implement content strategy for organic SEO success Paid Media Advertising (SEM / PPC) Manage paid advertising budget Supervise execution of campaigns including approval of ad copy, bidding strategy, and competitive opportunities Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and approach based on those insights Corporate Website Own all functions of website operation including functionality, updates, and maintenance Work with Communications Manager to identify blog topics that align with keyword strategy Serve as liaison to external developer for technical enhancements, change requests, and new functionality Analytics and Reporting Track, record, and prepare monthly campaign performance data and analytics reports for senior leadership Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals Technology Own all digital marketing tools for creating, tracking, measuring, and reporting such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and SEMRush Ensure all digital marketing activities are trackable and measurable Leadership Ignite productivity of digital marketing team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate WHAT YOU’LL NEED Track record of building scalable digital marketing campaigns and executing strategies with passion, precision, and excellence Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and key performance metrics Experience in directing in-house digital team Ability to working in conjunction with content marketers, creative team, and brand managers Enjoy working closely with a collaborative team and multiple disparate stakeholders Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills Ability to convey passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, humor, and a positive outlook 5+ years of digital marketing experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field VALUED, BUT NOT REQUIRED B2B healthcare experience WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER We want our team members to be healthy both inside and outside of work.
